Hillsdale

With an area of almost three square miles, Hillsdale is located in the northern portion of Bergen County, New Jersey. Woodcliff Lake and Park Ridge are located to its north while Westwood and River Vale are located to the south of the borough. The Garden State Parkway runs right through the western edge of Hillsdale, easily connecting it to other boroughs. Hillsdale offers several parks for outdoor lovers with Stony Brook Swim Club providing pools for all ages, a water slide and playground. Residents can enjoy the walking trails in Beechwood Park or bring their kids to the playground. Nearby interchange 168 provides access to the Garden State Parkway for commuters. They can also use public transportation via the Hillsdale train station or bus service to reach other communities. Children can attend the Hillsdale public schools through eighth grade before moving on to Pascack Valley High School.
