Elmwood Park is a small borough located in the western portion of Bergen County, New Jersey. Bergen County is situated on the eastern side of the state near New York City. Elmwood Park has a population of 19,403, according to the 2010 United States Census and is part of the Bergen – Passaic metropolitan area. The location of which Elmwood Park is part of was once known as Dundee Lake until 1916. Today, it is located close to Saddle Brook, Garfield, Paterson and Rochelle Park.
